Spray Painting Brake Disc Advantages

1.Spray painting Benefits:

  • With spray painting only for the non-friction surfaces of the disc, not any negative influences on braking characteristics;
  • The thickness of black painting is over 20-30μm, which is much higher resistance to corrosion than other treatments;
  • The maximum of Black-painting heat resistant can be up to 288℃; The Black-painting disc is more good-looking; No brake cleaner, save fitment time;
  • Protected against the environmental attack; Longer time storage than normal disc.

Geomet Coating Brake Disc Advantages
